Royal Brompton Hospital: Garden Wall Mural

The Garden Wall mural was developed by staff and patients at Royal Brompton Hospital. Depicting plants used in the treatment of heart and lung health, the final design was inspired by artwork that staff and patients made during six creative workshops, led by artist Irita Ozolina. Together, the group explored the historical and medical links to the plants alongside botanical illustrations by the Chelsea Physic Garden’s Florilegium Society.
