Rooms: Space becomes time, place becomes mind

Space becomes time, place becomes mind’ explores the relationship between form and frequency—between the solidity of materials and the intangibility of the sound. Hard and soft elements—aluminium, wood, textile—create a dialogue between physical rigidity and atmospheric softness.

At the centre of the installation, the limited-edition domestic sound system Herio x Rooms Studio translates frequency into feeling, into vibration—turning interiors into temporal experiences. In this landscape, design dissolves into a feeling: space expands into time, and place lingers in the mind. While the sound invites reflection inward, The Silver Daybed, Dry Bridge Daybed, and Simple Chair, grounded by the soft Nordic Knots carpet, open outward—toward the window view.

In this work, softness is not only a material, a texture, or a shape. Softness is understood as a lived experience — a way of feeling and acting in life. It is presence and care, the quality that allows space to unfold into time and place to transform into mind.

The sonic landscape by Giorgi Koberidze blends experimental electronics with orchestral echoes, fusing magical and classical textures. Together, design and sound form a space of resonance and rest, inviting visitors to experience intimacy and atmosphere as one.
