Brompton Biotopia: Please Stand By

Please Stand By is the title of Marlène Huissoud's Brompton Biotopia commission. Award-winning experimental designer Marlène Huissoud is the first of 3 designers who will create habitats for the animal populations of Brompton – birds, bees and all life in between. Working entirely with natural and biodegradable materials, and emulating how animals build their own homes rather than human design convention, Huissoud will create sustainable animal shelters to be used within garden locations around Brompton.
